When will everything ship?

All items will be shipped no later than March 2022. Item pre-orders close on January 22nd, 2022 and, from there, we’ll count up the orders and put in an order with the manufacturer for everything. As soon as everything is made and arrives at our doorstep, we’ll start packing things up to ship.

I live in X country, how much is shipping?

We’re doing flat rate shipping of $8.50 to every country. This will cover shipping of pretty much every order within the US and also help the international fans not have to pay exuberant amounts of money on shipping.

Please note: We are currently NOT shipping to Australia. We’re US based and postage to Australia is extremely expensive at the moment. However, if you have a proxy address, we’ll be more than happy to work something out. Simply contact us via email or Twitter.

What about taxes/duties?

While we’ll try our hardest to help make sure you don’t have to pay insane taxes or duties on your items, we can’t guarantee that you won’t be charged for anything (especially with the new tax laws coming into effect in certain countries). Each country has their own rules regarding taxes and, unfortunately, we’re not well versed in each country’s tax laws. All items will be shipping from the United States, however, if that helps you calculate any extra charges you may receive.

By purchasing from the Vocarnival shop, you understand that you may have to pay taxes or duties on these items and that these fees are not Vocarnival’s responsibility. We do not charge any country’s residents more money to cover any taxes, duties, or other fees.

Where are the pre-orders for the other events?

We’re going to put up the pre-orders for each event after all merch designs for those events are announced. This way people can make fewer orders and there’s less chance of people needing to combine large amounts of orders.

Can I order items for X event now and order items for another event later?

Of course! If you do make more than a single order and you’re shipping everything to the same address, contact us via the merchant email provided in your PayPal receipt and we can discuss combining shipping of your orders. Orders from the same PayPal account being shipped to different addresses are NOT eligible for combined shipping.

Are you making any profit off of the items being sold?

We’re making absolutely no profit from any items being sold. All profit from the charm contest winning charms goes directly to the designer. Excess from the “official” event charms and stands goes towards covering character and logo design commissions, art commissions, and shipping from the manufacturer as well as helping to cover the shipping price gap for international buyers and shipping of all prizes to their winners.
