Making the design for CUL was actally really fun. We tried to draw inspiration from all of her official designs and give her a really special look that would make her stand out. In the end, we feel like we ended up with a really cool CUL design.
As always, Kvro drew the concept art that we then commissioned artists to draw for our event art. Jollyrose was the one chosen to bring the full body version to life.
